Verification

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After confirmation, in principle, the order will not be cancelled considering the handling process started. But if you have any problems, turn to us without hesitation and we will try our best to help you to solve them.

Processing

About delivery time:

1. For ordinary orders, it takes 1-3 working days for product preparation time, and another 7-14 days for delivery time. The delivery time does not include the order preparation time.
2. For customized products, it takes 15 working days for product preparation and another 7-14 days for delivery. Shipping time does not include order preparation time

about shipment fees:

1. For orders less than $129, a shipping fee of $9.9 is required
2. Orders greater than or equal to 129 US dollars, free shipping, and provide DHL, EMS, DPD or other express delivery.
3. For expedited shipping, it will take 3-7 working days for delivery, and the shipping fee is $29.99, normally we use DHL, EMS, and DPD for shipment.

We ship to Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America and so on. In addition, some remote countries or places that cannot be reached by conventional logistics channels cannot provide delivery services.

Orders may not be processed on holidays or weekends.

Some products need to be customized so please allow more time to process them. If you are eager to receive the products, please confirm the processing time before placing the order.

This refers to the time from the warehouse to your address. It depends on the shipping company and shipping condition. We provide different shipping companies and they charge a different price.

Shipping confirmation and delivery

You will receive a shipment confirmation including a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can check the shipping on relative shipping company websites. Once the order is shipped, it won't be cancelled. Please confirm your products before shipped out.

For cancel:

1. If you haven't received the shipping notification email, you can Contact Us within 24 hours to cancel the order.
2. If the package was shipped out, it can't be cancelled. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. If you make sure you do not want it, pls send us an email about it, and return the package back to us, then the refund will be returned to the way you took the payment.

Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package may be destroyed by third-party logistics.
