Order Processing Time
1. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

3. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Tracking
1. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
2. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
3. If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded

1. We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days of the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email: support@ahopegarden.com at first.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
3. All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items
1. On-sale items are non-refundable.
2. Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
1. Initiate a return: Please email us at support@ahopegarden.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
2. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
3. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund
Return Charge
1. If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
2. If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/wanting the item or ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
3. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
2. If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ahopegarden.com.

Yes! You can grow dwarf varieties of tomatoes. I have 2 orange hat plants and 2 red riding hood tomato plants in my unit and they are growing great! Then in my second one of this brand, I have strawberries growing!!
I would say you could start any type of seeds in here, but you would need to be prepared to transplant larger varieties of plants or flowers. The top light does lift - I can’t remember how high but it’s in the specifications. I say this but a friend of mine planted full-size cherry tomatoes and they reached up to her kitchen ceiling, so possibly if you have the space anything goes😂
I do it all the time. If you soak the roots in a separate container when your transplanting…… I just let them rinse off in new clean water and keep sort of dunking and agitating the roots untangle in their own. Then I cut the plastic basket off at the top where it’s connected to the “ring” so I can slide the rest down and out of the roots and the plant lives ever time and the roots hold up! It’s CRAZY! I literally kill anything that doesn’t chew to eat! So if I can do it ….. and I’m about as city as you can get …… you stand a very good chance.
Return it. I had the same problem with an "Aerogarden" unit that I bought and had to return it also. That was a software issue. This unit for the money, is the best one out there!
